Open a second channel for another market
Last updated 13 Oct 2026
Once a formula works in one place, clone it to another language or country — rewritten for native viewers, not machine-translated.
Course · Stage 6: Publish, measure, multiply · Lesson 33/40 · 10 min
Why it matters
The same topic has different competition and ad value in each country; some markets have few creators.
Viewers instantly spot machine translation, culturally wrong characters and examples that aren't theirs.
Step by step
- Pick a formula that has won at least a few videos on your current channel.
- Use the market tool to compare 2–3 countries: competition, demand, available ways to earn.
- Rewrite the script: characters, names, units, currency, examples and holidays of that country; a native voice.
- Affiliate products from that country's marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, TikTok Shop US) — check they really sell there.
- Make 10 test videos before deciding; track them in a separate sheet.
Common mistakes
- Machine-translating subtitles and posting.
- Keeping Vietnamese characters, names and currency for a US channel.
- Giving up after 2 videos.
Ready-made prompt (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini)
My winning formula: [description + one sample script]. New market: [country]. Rewrite the script for native viewers: characters, names, units, currency, examples and holidays of that country; keep the hook structure and scene rhythm; don't translate line by line.
Exercise
Pick one new country with the market tool and rewrite one script for it.
Done when: The new script has no details left from the old market; voice and examples fit the new culture.
