Terms of Service

1. The service

NicheLens is a research tool for content creators, sellers and agencies. It gathers publicly available data from YouTube (through Google’s official API) and other platforms (through third-party data providers) and turns it into niche scores, reports, scripts and prompts.

Platform data can be delayed or incomplete because sources change. Estimated values — for example views on platforms that hide view counts, or ad income — are clearly labelled as estimates and are for guidance only. NicheLens does not promise any number of views, followers or sales.

AI-generated output (strategies, scripts, prompts) can contain mistakes. Check facts, prices, claims and platform rules before you publish.

2. Accounts

You must give a valid email address and keep your login safe. One person or company per account; do not share or resell access unless you are an approved reseller.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use NicheLens.

3. Wallet credit and payments

Your wallet pays for data and AI runs when you use NicheLens sources (about $0.001 per data request; the expected cost is shown before you run anything). Failed requests are never charged. Wallet credit does not expire.

International customers can pay by card or PayPal in USD (from $10) through our reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles sales tax / VAT. Customers in Vietnam can also pay by bank transfer in VND.

Pro plans run for the number of days purchased; renewing early adds the days to your current end date. Refunds follow our Payments & Refunds policy.

4. Your own API keys

If you plug in your own API keys, they are stored only in your browser by default. If you choose “Save to account”, they are encrypted and used only to call the provider on your behalf. You can delete them at any time.

You are responsible for the costs and the terms of the providers whose keys you use.

5. Referral programme

Referrers earn 15% commission on Pro plan purchases and renewals by the people they refer (not on wallet top-ups). Fake accounts, self-referrals or fraud lose all points and commission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use NicheLens to collect personal data, harass anyone, copy content you do not have rights to, or overload the service. Do not resell raw data from NicheLens.

Exported Skills, scripts and prompts are licensed to you for your own channels and clients. Reselling them as a template pack requires our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Platform data belongs to its respective owners.

7. Liability

NicheLens is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
