Turn your winning formula into a process (Skill) you can repeat
Last updated 13 Oct 2026
Once you know what works, write it down as a process so every new video meets the same bar — whether you, an assistant or AI makes it.
Course · Stage 6: Publish, measure, multiply · Lesson 34/40 · 9 min
Why it matters
Quality slips when you rebuild from memory each time; a written process keeps it steady.
Only a clear process can be handed to someone else or to AI.
Step by step
- Write the 5 parts of your winning formula: fitting topics, fixed characters, scene structure (count, rhythm), voice, don'ts.
- Attach 1–2 of your best scripts as examples.
- Add a pre-publish checklist (lines match visuals, no invented numbers, hands / stray text, keyword in title).
- Package it as a Skill for Claude / Codex, or as instructions to paste into ChatGPT / Gemini.
- Update the process monthly with lessons from your tracking sheet.
Common mistakes
- The process lives only in your head.
- A vague process ("make good videos").
- Never updating it when numbers change.
Ready-made prompt (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini)
Here are my 3 winning videos (titles, scripts, stats): [paste]. Write a process for making videos of this kind: fitting topics, fixed characters, scene structure and rhythm, voice, don'ts, a pre-publish checklist and one sample script. Make it specific enough that someone else gets the same quality.
Exercise
Write the process for your best formula and have someone (or an AI) make one test video from it.
Done when: The test video passes your checklist without much manual fixing.
