2. How to pay

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or PayPal in USD, from $10. Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also calculates and collects sales tax / VAT for your country. The charge on your statement shows Lemon Squeezy / NicheLens.

Customers in Vietnam can also pay by bank transfer (VND QR code), confirmed automatically in seconds.

3. What you get

Wallet top-ups: each $1 paid by card adds 24,000 VND of credit to your wallet (prices inside the app are shown in USD). Credit never expires and is used only when you run data or AI features.

Pro plan (your own API keys, no wallet charges): $4 for 30 days or $19 for 365 days. Plans do not renew automatically — you choose when to renew.

4. Refunds

Failed requests (when a data provider returns nothing) are refunded to your wallet automatically — you only pay for successful requests.

Wallet top-ups: you can ask for a refund of the unused part of a top-up within 14 days of purchase. Credit already spent on runs is not refundable.

Pro plans: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

Paid by mistake, charged twice or something went wrong on our side: contact us with your order code (ND…) and we will fix it or refund in full.

Card / PayPal refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. How to ask

Email us from the address on your account with your order code (ND…) and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
