Multiply what won: series and new markets
Last updated 13 Oct 2026
A winning video is proof of demand. Don't jump topics — build a series, cut shorts, take it to new markets.
Course · Stage 6: Publish, measure, multiply · Lesson 18/24 · 9 min
Why it matters
When a video wins, viewers have told you what they want. Staying on that thread usually beats testing a new topic.
The same structure and character can work for viewers in another country — with a script rewritten for that culture.
Step by step
- Pin down why it won (topic, angle, structure, character).
- Make 3–5 follow-ups on the same thread: part 2, the flip side, a version for another audience.
- Cut 2–3 shorts from a winning long video to pull viewers back.
- Dig the topic in other countries; where it's open, make a rewritten version for those viewers.
- Turn the winning structure into a process (Skill / template) to stay consistent.
Common mistakes
- Switching topics right after a win.
- Re-uploading the same video.
- Machine-translating for another country without rewriting.
Ready-made prompt (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini)

Exercise
Plan a 5-video series from your best video.
Done when: 5 videos on the same thread with different angles, at least one for another market.
