A 30-day posting calendar you can actually keep
Last updated 13 Oct 2026
Consistency beats volume. Plan around your real capacity, not your mood.
Course · Stage 6: Publish, measure, multiply · Lesson 29/40 · 8 min
Why it matters
Posting in bursts then going quiet for two weeks makes viewers forget you and platforms recommend you less.
With a calendar you prepare scripts, images and clips ahead — no last-minute panic.
Step by step
- Be honest: how many good videos can you finish per week? Use that number, not the dream one.
- Pick fixed days and time slots; check when your viewers are active in your channel analytics.
- Split the 30 days into columns: topic → script → images/clips → edit → publish; each video at least 2 days ahead.
- Add one test video on a new topic each week; the rest follow proven topics.
- Weekly review: if a step lags, reduce the number of videos — never the quality.
Common mistakes
- Aiming for 2 videos a day and quitting after a week.
- No backup videos.
- Random posting times every day.

Done when: A calendar matching your real capacity, fixed posting times, 2 backups ready before you start.
