Course · Stage 3: Learn from winners without copying · Lesson 9/24 · 8 min
Why it matters
Viewers asking follow-ups, arguing or begging for part 2 are showing unmet demand.
Videos that answer what viewers are actually asking tend to hold attention better than guesses.
Step by step
- Collect 50–100 comments from 3 winning videos in your niche.
- Group them: questions, complaints, requests for more, arguments, praise.
- Count which group is largest.
- Turn the 3 most common questions into 3 video topics.
- Use viewers' exact words in your titles.
Common mistakes
- Reading only the praise.
- Using comments from unrelated videos.
- Using jargon instead of viewers' words.
